Virtual Staging
An empty room asks the buyer to do the imagining. Most of them will not.
Vacant properties photograph honestly and sell slowly, because a bare room gives a buyer no sense of scale or purpose. Physical staging solves it and costs thousands per month. Virtual staging solves most of it for a fraction of that, with no vans, no storage and no scheduling.
We stage from your actual photography, so the room, the light and the window views are real. Furniture is scaled to the room rather than dropped in at a convenient size, which is what separates work that helps from work that gets noticed for the wrong reasons.
It also runs the other way. Furniture removal clears a cluttered or over-personalised room so buyers see the space instead of someone else's belongings.

Common questions
Do I have to disclose that a photo is virtually staged?
Yes. Most MLS rules require it, and it is the right thing to do. We supply every staged image labelled and paired with the unstaged original so the disclosure is straightforward.
Can you stage photos I already have?
If we shot them, yes. Images from another photographer depend on resolution and angle, so send a sample and we will tell you before you commit.
