Real Estate Photography
Bracketed HDR interiors and exteriors that hold the view through the window instead of blowing it out.
Most listing photos fail in the same place. Expose for the room and the windows go white; expose for the windows and the room goes black. We shoot a bracket of exposures at every position and merge them, so the interior stays bright and the view outside stays visible. That is the difference buyers read as quality without being able to name it.
Every shoot covers the full property: each room, the exterior elevations, and the outdoor space. Wide-angle where it helps the layout make sense, never so wide that a room misrepresents its size. Verticals are corrected, colour is neutral, and the set is graded consistently so the listing reads as one body of work.
Blue sky and green grass enhancement is included at no extra cost. Shoot day weather should not decide how a property looks online, and a grey sky over a good house costs the seller attention.

Common questions
How long does a shoot take?
Most single-family homes take 60 to 90 minutes on site. Larger properties and those adding drone, video or twilight take longer. Finished images are delivered within 24 hours.
Does the property need to be staged?
No, but it should be clean and decluttered. Empty properties photograph fine and can be virtually staged afterwards. We send a short prep checklist before every shoot.
What is HDR and why does it matter?
HDR means shooting several exposures of the same frame and merging them. It is what lets a room look bright while the window still shows the garden rather than a white rectangle.
