Aerial Drone Photography & Video
Some properties only make sense from above, and lot size is one of them.
Ground-level photography cannot show a lot line, a private garden backing onto woodland, or how close a house sits to the water. Aerial frames answer the questions a buyer would otherwise have to drive out to ask, which is why they matter most on larger lots, waterfront and anything where the land is part of the value.
Aerials also carry context a floor plan never will: the street, the tree cover, the distance to the shoreline or the park. For out-of-area buyers that context often decides whether a property makes the shortlist.
All flights are operated by FAA Part 107 certified pilots. Controlled airspace near Newark, JFK and LaGuardia requires authorisation, which we handle, though it can affect scheduling.

Common questions
Can you fly anywhere in the tri-state area?
Most locations, yes. Controlled airspace around Newark, JFK and LaGuardia needs prior FAA authorisation, which we request on your behalf. A few zones are restricted outright and we will tell you at booking.
What stops a flight?
Sustained wind above roughly 20 mph, rain, and low cloud. If we have to reschedule the aerial portion we shoot the ground work as planned and return for the flight.
